Scope
Mr Beauty—Adventure Cat Education provides education services, coaching, and training-focused behaviour consulting. We work welfare-first, at the learner’s pace, and collaborate with your veterinarian or other professionals when appropriate.
Bookings & payment
- Individuals:
- Starter Consultation/ Follow Up / Check In & Tune Up: pre-paid at booking.
- Schools, councils & organisations: services delivered to an agreed brief/PO; invoiced after delivery, Net 14 days (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
- Pricing and GST status: we are not registered for GST. prices are GST-free and quotes/invoices will not include GST.
Rates & quotes
- Individual coaching: published rates apply only to private clients (e.g., Starter Consultation, Follow-ups, Check In & Tune Up).
- Schools, councils & organisations: quoted per engagement based on format, duration, audience size, preparation/customisation, and travel. Published hourly rates do not apply to organisational work.
- A written quote/PO confirms scope and pricing for organisational bookings.
No guaranteed outcomes
While every effort is made to support success, training outcomes vary between individuals and environments. We do not guarantee specific training or behaviour results, as outcomes depend on history and implementation. We commit to providing services with due care and skill, fit for the discussed purpose, in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Consumer Affairs Victoria
Cancellations & rescheduling
- Individuals:
- ≥ 24 hours notice: reschedule or full refund.
- Late change (< 24 hours): fixed $60 fee (we’ll try once to reschedule as a courtesy if possible).
- No-show / >10 minutes late without notice: the session may be forfeited.
- Schools, councils & organisations:
- 5+ business days’ notice: no fee—reschedule to the next suitable date.
- 2–4 business days’ notice: 50% fee (covers preparation, set-aside time and travel).
- <48 hours or no-show: 100% fee.
- If we postpone for weather, welfare or illness: reschedule or full refund—your choice.
How to notify: email staff@mrbeauty.co (time-stamped on receipt). Business days = Monday–Friday (Melbourne), excluding public holidays. Notice is measured from the scheduled start time.
Late arrivals
We’ll do our best within your booked time; sessions end at the scheduled time.
Safety & welfare
You agree to disclose relevant health/behaviour history, use equipment we deem safe, and pause/stop if advised. We may refer you to your veterinarian or a veterinary behaviourist where appropriate. Outdoor sessions run only where risk is acceptable.
Duty of care & emergencies
If a welfare or safety concern arises, we may modify or stop the session and recommend veterinary care or alternative services.
Locations, travel & venue responsibilities
- Individuals: online by default; in-person (Melbourne) by request; travel/parking may apply.
- Schools/councils/organisations: you are responsible for a suitable venue, permits, audience supervision, and any local policies (e.g., Working With Children, animal presence, biosecurity). We hold a current VIT teacher registration (includes WWC clearance), standard public liability/professional indemnity insurance; certificates available on request.
Recordings & intellectual property
- Client-provided clips: by sharing, you give us permission to view/store the footage provided for coaching purposes. We will never publish without your written consent.
- Our materials (slides, handouts, videos): remain our IP. We grant attendees a personal, non-transferable licence to use them; no redistribution or re-use in other programs without prior written permission.
Privacy & Confidentiality
We collect only information reasonably necessary to deliver services, store it securely, and don’t share it except as required by law, to prevent risk of harm to a person or animal, with your consent, or with service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., booking, email, payments). We won’t film or photograph without consent; any photos/videos you share are used for coaching only unless you give written permission to publish. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, illness, transport disruption). We will reschedule at the earliest opportunity.
